Our story : 3 French sisters
We are three French sisters: Charlotte, Caroline, and Marie.
Cooking has always held an important place in our lives—for health reasons, budget considerations, but also ecological commitment. We have always placed great emphasis on homemade food. But when you cook (almost) every day, it naturally means you constantly need to find new recipe ideas.
And that’s where it gets tricky: there are plenty of recipes on social media and blogs. But a large quantity doesn’t necessarily mean quality. Between the countless undifferentiated recipes, those that don’t teach you anything new, and dishes impossible to recreate at home, it’s not always easy to find your way. So we came up with a solution to support all curious people eager to improve their cooking skills!
Tchac is a video platform dedicated to chef recipes, designed to help you learn and refine your cooking in a simple yet precise way. At Tchac, we highlight all kinds of cuisines and dietary preferences, so everyone can embrace homemade cooking in their own way!

The Tchac team
Charlotte
Charlotte handles Tchac’s finance and administration. She’s also the big sister who looks out for the rest of the team. She loves Excel spreadsheets and baking her own bread.
Caroline
Caroline is in charge of marketing and communication—she always has a thousand ideas per second! She loves creating beautiful presentations and homemade tacos.
Marie
Marie is responsible for chef relations and content strategy. She enjoys writing recipes and articles about all kind of cuisine techniques, and eating fudgy chocolate cakes.
The Technical Team
The same team of seven passionate people have been working tirelessly on the shoots since early 2021. They design and set up the perfect studio to capture every move of the chefs. Their favorite moment? The end of the shoot, when it’s time for the tasting!
